How do I find games in my city?
- Open the menu and choose your city (or visit Other Cities).
- Browse the list of upcoming games.
- Tap a game to see details, roster, and price.
How do I RSVP?
On a game page, press Reserve Spot. If the game is full, join the waitlist and we’ll notify you if a spot opens.
How do payments work?
Free games confirm instantly. Paid games use secure checkout; your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Profiles and preferences
Do I need an account?
Yes. Create a free account to RSVP, manage bookings, and get reminders.
How do I change my city or language?
Use the city picker in the header or visit Other Cities. Language can be set from your profile.
Hosts
How can I list a game?
Go to Create a Game and follow the steps. You’ll be able to set format, time, price, and location.
Can goalkeepers play for free in 11v11?
Yes—if the host enables “keepers play free” on that game. Keepers can RSVP at no cost when available.
Cancellations and refunds
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel from your profile or the booking confirmation page. Refund eligibility depends on game rules and timing.
